Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 Stradale

The sexiest car of all time!

It’s not everyday you have the chance to visit Alfa Romeo Museum and to shoot one of the rarest cars on Earth Planet.

After an invitation to shoot a car from the Museum and after weeks of discussion, my choice turned to the Tipo 33 Stradale, which is one of, if not the most beautiful car of all time. The want to have it in front of the camera was strong, I needed to feel the muscles behind its feminine curve.

Trust me or not, I was waiting this moment for so much that when I’ve seen the elevator doors open to let out the car, I had tears in my eyes. It was a very special moment and I tried to make the most of it.

Only 18 Tipo 33 Stradale will be built (plus 1 prototype) out of the 50 initially planned, of which only 13 will find buyers from “real customers”, the other 5 chassis being used for styling studies including the astonishing Carabo and Navajo, designed by Marcello Gandini on behalf of Bertone, Cuneo and Coupé Prototipo Speciale on behalf of Pininfarina and the Iguana by Giugiaro.

Definitely need to come back to this magical place.
